Since 2015, Agathe Simon creates The Shamanic Cycle with the art company The Group. The Shamanic Cycle is a cycle of films and satellite pieces (installations, sound installations, performances). It is based on the same issue, the exploration of the unknown, and the same protocol: shamanic journeys, experienced by the participants without any prerequisites or substances.

These journeys are the starting point of various experiences, as reflected by the following pieces:

Agathe Simon created this cycle in the light of her own shamanic practice, as well as meetings with shamans from different traditions (Mongolian, Pygmy, Korean, Quechua and Lakota) and initiatory experiences in the Amazon and Central Africa.

The Shamanic Cycle is one of the projects of the Center for Research on the Unknown (C.R.U.), which Agathe Simon created in 2018.
